About Vale Pest Group
We install termite barriers for builders across Queensland and Victoria.
Founded in Victoria in June 2021. Queensland branch opened in 2025.
Our story
Vale Pest Group was founded in June 2021 by Aaron Slatich. Aaron started in pest control in 2008, aged 19. It was a job he stumbled into, but he soon found he loved being on the road, going to different places and meeting new people every day.
From there his interest turned to termite identification and control, where every situation is unique. Every building is different.
After more than 12 years in the field working with subterranean termites, he combined that knowledge with his interest in construction: how buildings are built, and how termites get in. That became Vale Pest Group.
Four years on we opened our Queensland branch. Today we’re a team of four who work with builders to protect Australian buildings against termites.
